Drop-ship Orders:
Some items may have to be ordered & drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. "Drop-ship" simply means the manufacturer ships your order directly from their warehouses. In some cases, we may have to drop-ship your order to get preferred prices & availability.
For drop-ship & other orders that take less than 10 days in delivery time, you are charged immediately.
For drop-ship & other orders that take more than 10 days delivery time, you will not be charged immediately. We will only authorize the amount and then charge the full amount due once the order is shipped. Shipping Information: (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & International are below)

Rush Delivery:
We will Rush the order UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional $4 a wood / individual club, additional $10 for a set of woods and additional $15 for a set of irons. Rush delivery charges are in addition to the normal order charges listed above.

Covers all manufacturing defects experienced through normal use. BHM GOLF reserves the right to determine if warranty claims are invalid due to unusual abuse.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Return Authorization is required by BHM Golf for any returned or exchanged merchandise. Please email or call us toll free at (800) GOLF BHM or (630) 782-0643 prior to returning or exchanging any merchandise.

Reason why you are returning or exchanging the merchandise. BHM GOLF does not accept any returns or exchanges on used clubs or special order merchandise. Orders on used golf equipment are final. Orders that are custom built are final.
Unused items can be returned or exchanged in the original plastic within 10 days of purchase with a Return Authorization.
How to Return or Exchange your Merchandise:
In order to return merchandise for exchange or refund, the equipment must be in brand new and unused condition. If you have hit the clubs at the range, course, backyard, etc., it is no longer brand new and is not returnable.
To return brand new equipment, make a copy of your original invoice and include a note with any pertinent information we need to know. For example, exchange for different type of club, different flex or different model. If you cannot locate your original invoice, then please make a note.
BHM GOLF is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged during the return shipment. Buyers are responsible for the returned shipping & insurance costs. We highly recommend insuring your return shipment.

Pricing and Availability Policy:
Prices & availability are subject to change. Prices for every item can be received by email or quoted over the phone. We cannot confirm your price until you place an order. If we quote a lower price in email or over the phone than the regular price we charge, we will charge the lower amount and then ship the order to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation by email or phone.
Note: Certain orders that have availability issues, for example Two Ball putters, may take up to 4 to 8 weeks for delivery due to high demand issues. We will notify you if your order is delayed.
Lowest Price Guarantee Statement: We will beat or match any price of clubs advertised by any reputable golf store located on the Internet or within the United States, Europe, or Asia. Written documentation proof of lower price advertisements are required.
