| Order 40271, inquiries 9613, 9655, 9715, and 9776. I am very happy overall with my purchase and its handling. I got a way below average price on a quality product. My only problem was that the order was said to be not only filled but shipped on the day it was received. There seems to have been a second distributor involved and the actual shipping date was over two weeks later. Given this glitch, however, customer service was always prompt and helpful in tracking the thing down. Once actually shipped, I received the product within a two days. I will certainly continue to use BHM. |
