I ordered the X-20 irons online on a Sunday afternoon, not a business day, and on the following Thursday, UPS still had no detail or scans other than shipping info received, etc. So I shot them an email via their online inquiry, they replied all most right away that that my order had shipped that day. Friday morning UPS tracking confirmed that my order was on its way. My order arrived on Monday. All total six working days. From Ill. to central Texas. I find that acceptable and their quick response to the online inquiry was great. The product was just as advertised, brand new, and factory packaged. After reading the bad reviews I had my reservations about ordering from this website. However, I placed an order and the items shipped withing the next day. I ordered the Callaway X-20 NG irons, I called Callaway and they said the irons were legitimate and not a knock-off. Don't know where the information about him yelling comes from, but I did not experience such complaints? I have to admit I was a little worried after placing an order on Friday of labor day weekend for a golf bag, especially after reading a bunch of bad reviews on other sites. Other than a minor shipping snafu, the watch I ordered arrived safely and is exactly as described on the web site. After watching eBay for a set of Callaway X-20 irons, I found the exact set for more than $30 cheaper here at BHM Golf (and free shipping to boot). When I originally placed my order for a Bushnell Rangefinder there were some communication issues between BHM and Bushnell that led to the delay in me getting my order. I tried contacting Bushnell directly and quickly discovered that they are the source of the problem not BHM. After numerous failed attempts by BHM and myself in trying to get Bushnell to take care of their Customers BHM offered to substitute another Rangefinder and honor the price that I originally agreed to pay. I went with the Leupold GX 2. WOW! It’s a far superior product than the original Tour V2 (w/ slope) so I would like to say “thank you” to BHM for picking up the slack and taking care of their Customers. And also an additional “thank you” to Bushnell for your lack of communication and delaying my order long enough to find a better product. I will definitely order through BHM again.

Then I saw some of the reviews for BHM golf on google and became very worried about the transaction I just made. However, I noticed their troubles were a couple years ago so I thought maybe they changed their ways. And I must say, I am pretty satisfied with the purchase overall. Called the seller to verify that the item I wanted was in stock because I needed by the weekend (called on Monday). I called before opening hours and didn't leave a message once I realized I called early. I was pleased to find out that it was BHM calling me back even without leaving the message. I asked about the product and was told it was in stock and could be shipped the same day. I placed the order and was emailed a tracking number that evening. The package arrived on Wednesday (Very speedy for an entire set of clubs including a bag!). The box was well-taped and all the clubs wrapped in plastic and bubble-wrapped heads. Spoke with Hector on March 10th reference a golf bag order...I explained to Hector that I needed the bag for a tournament on the 20th...Hector said the bag was in stock, would ship within 48 hours and be at my door in 3-5 days max...but probably sooner because the distributor is in a neighboring state...So by my math the bag would arrive the 17th at the latest....began getting worried when i hadn't even recieved tracking info on March 17th...Placed an inquiry with Brian...Brian sent an email that the bag had shipped on the 16th...then recieved a reply on BHM inquiry page the same day saying that the bag shipped on the 17th...then recieve a phone call from Brian that the bag shipped on the 19th Approx 6 hours after I cancelled the order....Obviously will not have the bag by the date promised and Brian insisted that he was being truthful...If that is the case I should be recieving three bags...shipped the 16th, 17th and 19th.....Brian can't figure out why I'm upset but offered me a free towel....
