| I ordered the X-20 irons online on a Sunday afternoon, not a business day, and on the following Thursday, UPS still had no detail or scans other than shipping info received, etc. So I shot them an email via their online inquiry, they replied all most right away that that my order had shipped that day. Friday morning UPS tracking confirmed that my order was on its way. My order arrived on Monday. All total six working days. From Ill. to central Texas. I find that acceptable and their quick response to the online inquiry was great. The product was just as advertised, brand new, and factory packaged. I saved at least $150, compared to other retailers. I too was skeptical after reading some of thier online reviews, if its on the internet it must be true, "NOT". |
