| Other than a minor shipping snafu, the watch I ordered arrived safely and is exactly as described on the web site. A word of warning if you are ordering a Fossil watch: Check the shipping box carefully as a really nice Fossil watch case comes with the watch, but when I opened mine, there was no watch inside. I found it under some of the packing material in the other end of the shipping box. (Dont throw out your packing material until you've checked to make sure you have everything, especially small items!!) Great customer service and response!! Thank you! |
