Spoke with Hector on March 10th reference a golf bag order...I explained to Hector that I needed the bag for a tournament on the 20th...Hector said the bag was in stock, would ship within 48 hours and be at my door in 3-5 days max...but probably sooner because the distributor is in a neighboring state...So by my math the bag would arrive the 17th at the latest....began getting worried when i hadn't even recieved tracking info on March 17th...Placed an inquiry with Brian...Brian sent an email that the bag had shipped on the 16th...then recieved a reply on BHM inquiry page the same day saying that the bag shipped on the 17th...then recieve a phone call from Brian that the bag shipped on the 19th Approx 6 hours after I cancelled the order....Obviously will not have the bag by the date promised and Brian insisted that he was being truthful...If that is the case I should be recieving three bags...shipped the 16th, 17th and 19th.....Brian can't figure out why I'm upset but offered me a free towel.... |

Rob, We are very sorry that you feel that way. If you do not want the golf bag , we will try and do a delievery intercept and you will not get the golf bag for the price we sold the bag at. We apologize that OGIO was busy in their shipping department. Our site STATES usually ships direct in 3-5 Business days as a SPECIAL order and it does state special orders take extra time |
